The Sirius Cup Regatta in one page

What is it?

Named after the
HMS Sirius, flagship of the First Fleet, it's a chance for Scouts, Venturers and Leaders to get together with other Scouts at a camp based primarily around water activities.

Events

Camp for the weekend
Canoeing Sat - Scouts, Venturers and Leader (using a pool of canoes, if you have some add them to the pool)
Canoe Marathon Sat - will need to bring your own canoe
Canoeing Sun - Cubs, Scouts and Leader (using a pool of canoes)
Iron man - all ages
Rowing - will need your own rowing boat
Sailing - Saturday afternoon & Sunday morning
Saturday evening - outdoor movie

Other

All participants need to pre-registration for the Regatta.  Registration fees apply to all participants.  These are:

Fri-Sun:  $25.00 per person; applies to participants that arrive on Friday and are at the Regatta for the weekend.
Sat-Sun: $25.00 per person; applies to participants who attend Saturday and Sunday, whether they stay over or not
Sunday:   $12.50 per person; generally the Cubs and leaders who visit on Sunday only
Parking:   $40.00 per day (Council parking fee, as at March 2024)
                  - the car park and surrounding areas have metered parking
